I have a piece of this one as time lapse, I'll load it and give you the link! =) - Gimme a few minutes.

The reason I don't speed paint much with this type of detail is because I take many breaks to get my head around
detail and the overall image, so I never rush these types of paintings.

I have a few speed paintings saved to disk, more of a trail and error thing really.
* i think it''s because I'm never sure if the piece I'm working on will look god enough to record... *
