If this is the type of style you want to develop, you should try and work out clean & strong lines and mix thick hard lines with thin one's.. The brain seeks out patterns, so if you can be sneaky and add in line patterns, like angled strokes or hatching, it makes it more interesting to look at. - but anyway, just my 2c.
Thanks dude. I actually inked this earlier and plan on coloring it digitally tomorrow to see what I can get. I actually might very well try out some crazier stuff with more details later on. Thanks for the suggestions. :D
Hey, don't worry about it. I'm fairly "noobish" at a lot of things. I don't mind the criticism so long as it's not rude, which your comment was not. I'll probably redraw this as I like how it looks and I know I can improve it a bit.
