This is your best caricature so far, times a million. The lighting and b+w are perfect.

Thanks Ben =) My teacher has this Shakespearian flair to him, so I wanted that stage light look =D

Awesome Helix, what are you doing here that's so 3 dimentional and solid that you don't usually do?
I'm proud of you to, looks like you"ll be working for Disney soon developing charecters!
I was going to ask you if this was done in your 3D software, or just photoshop, don't even try telling me this is open canvas!
This one goes to 11 man!

Thanks Andrew =)

I don't know really, I just spent twice the time on this one than the usual 1 to 2 hours and it came out much better,
I also tried to relate reflection and texture to specularity, by that I mean, everything around us has a reflective curve, so in my thinking ahead of what the curve should be and the way light 'climbs' this curve, the result should be accurate, or close to the original material, for instance, metals 'curve' would have a sharp rise and would peak for a certain amount of time depending on the lighting strength, if you look at the curve editor in PS, that's the idea - just curves, but in your head.

I'm actually modelling a room right now in 3D, I'll post a render once I have the scene finished, this was painted in PS with 3 brushes, one brush that replicates oil and 2 others that are blenders for the harder oil brush. - This is definitely possible in open canvas, all this image is, is variation of black and white - there are no post procedures, and the texture is hand painted. =)

Thanks for taking the time Andrew, hope all is well your side.
