PS: Try lower opacity on your brush, you could blend those skin tone changes a bit.

GZ: There's no way your screen setup would make your image in PS and your image here look different, your computer uses the same profile on both..

one thing I notice is the part of the face that's under her hair needs a harder shadow (?).
