This is not for the competition, so I'm putting it here where today's other off topic sketches ended up. Hell, I don't know, it seems like a good idea?

That's a very cool train-type vehicle. For some reason, it looks like a model to me.

It does look kind of like model, maybe its the lack of an interior.

I've been browsing old issues of Modern Mechanix magazine, most of them from the 1930's. People sure did dream big back then and just about everything was prop driven, from cars to trains to ocean liners. Its hard to imagine, but crossing the Atlantic was a big thing back then. People thought up iceberg islands that could float halfway between continents as halfway stopover points for planes. This stuff really fascinates me, I might do some more along this line.

Here's the link for anyone who's interested- http://blog.modernmechanix.com/category/transportation/

Some interior detail would definitely make this pop a bit more.

also, the lighting, I see you have highlights seem strange to me because in theory, the main light on vehicle would
make everything else in the scene seem darker, so at the moment, it looks a bit flat to me because of that.

PS: These concept also amaze me man, I love to see and hear about what people yonks back thought was amazing and revolutionary! :]
