Pretty good for such a fast sketch. The colors make it somehow surreal. :)
Basically the anatomy is correct (well except for the eyes...), although his chin feels a bit skewed.
Proportions are better then in your last pic. :)
All I can say is, repetition is the key and don't be afraid to also draw from reference.
