Her left hand is balled into the 'fist of frustration', which is what happens after the 3 rd attempt at drawing a natural looking hand pose doesn't work out (and then the fist doesn't either).
I like how the lights on the bottom and the cape are drawing attention to the womans face.
I advice you to use a mirror for drawing anatomy, I tried to bend my arm they way she does, and it was quite a strain, als when my arm was turned like that, muscles were clearly showing in my underarm.
I looks like her torso is turned to the right, or she is in some frozen belly dancing pose.
Check our what it looks like with a small left shoulder.

My main crit is the background. The full strength yellow is really jarring, and it steals the focus from the main character. Cover up the bg with your hands, and you'll see what I mean.
Also, the dark tones on her figure+cape are a little washed out, something you could fix with levels.
