This is a tattoo that my youngest son James wanted on his arm when he was 4-5 it's entitled "jack the cobra snake". He explained it to me in great detail and had me draw it on his forearm a few times with markers for fun. He also wore a Batman cape everywhere for a year. Crazy kid that James.
