i like it! Great colors, nice brush strokes on the dress, and its very bizarre and appropriately alien-looking. A couple of suggestions I might make, one thing that did pop out at me is that one hand has two fingers and the other has three. Of course, I don't know what species of alien this is, perhaps if it is some sort of amiboid this would make more sense. Also, composition-wise, you might want to put something to liven up that bottom left corner.
