the cloak looks great.
theres something wrong in the blending technique though, but i just cant put my finger on it.
maybe theres a difference in the lighting of the cloak and the rest of the piece...

Wow! This looks epic!, You've nicely captured the hoarse and the rider, the cloack is sweet as hell, it's true that the lighting on the cloak is a bit strong, but blending seems a.o.k - Your doing very well Rubbin! The background is nice, you don't have to worry about that, the trees give it that effect of speed, , you could go into tiny detail with them, but to get full effect try and make the background less flat, so the rider doesn't look as if he's floating out of it too much.

otherwise, 10! You deserve it becuase I can see you put effort into it man, now make moar!!! =D

Damn, you should have told people to FULL VIEW, the fine detail on the hood's folds is cool!
