I guess he's not the first machine sentinel, the ones before him left the vizers of these guys helmets open after they checked the place. Couldn't find a corny remark for those yellow lines, what are they? Good anatomy, nice skull.

MACHINE SENTINEL 9709:

- it appears pressure waves from the blast broke locking mechanisms on the troopers face plates, making oxygen valves overcompensate, discharging at maximum rate would have been inevitable due to broken locking mechanisms.

ALTERNATIVE.

- scavenger clans from the radiation barrier opened the faceplate to see if there was still flesh for consumption, based on data, this is unlikely.

HAHA...me having a bit of fun with the role playing you see.

.. the orange/yellow lines are the Sentinels scanner,
it gives al units a single pass, identifying the dead and cause of death,
instantly tallying dead and wounded.
