Does any body know if there is a daily cartoon group?

I'd like to do more and I don't seem to get much of a reaction with the few that I've done on here. I'm a big fan of single cell cartoons mostly Gary Larson (Farside) however I think that Berk Breathed (Boom county, opus, etc.) and Calvin n Hobbes are Great too.
I think that Ben's Daisy owl is pretty damn funny and well drawn and I like Snip's stuff artistically but I don't get most of message. I think maybe I've missed some backstory or something. There are lots of multi cell comics like that for me though so it's nothing personal. I personally feel that all comics are hard to come up with and telling a good joke consistently is difficult too.

Well, I guess that I'm asking is if anyone has ever run across a site like this one, where there is a posted topic and members take a whack at making a comic strip about it.

I like cartoons. Post some more and I'll comment on them if you like. Maybe I'll even post some of my own. I like to draw cartoony things too.

I know of a lot of cartooning communities including ones dedicated to single cell cartoons but none that post a topic a day
